What to do if a payment has not arrived

Check the transaction and collect the details needed to investigate a missing payment.

If you have sent funds but the transaction has not completed, review the transaction in your dashboard before taking another action. Do not send another payment simply because the status has not changed. See Finding payment instructions and tracking a transaction for an overview.

Check the transaction

  1. Open the affected transaction and read its current status and any request for action.

  2. Check your email for a request from Adesic or a payment partner.

  3. Compare the amount, currency, recipient details, payment method, and reference with the instructions for that transaction.

  4. For a wallet transfer, also check the asset, blockchain, destination address, and transaction hash.

Prepare a support request

Include your Adesic transaction reference, when you sent the payment, the amount and currency, and a short description of what is missing. Include the bank payment reference or blockchain transaction hash if available.

Redact unrelated personal and financial information from screenshots. Ask support for a secure submission method before sending a bank statement or other sensitive document.

What a receipt confirms

A bank receipt or blockchain transaction hash can help the investigation. It does not by itself confirm that Adesic has completed the transaction. Timing depends on the payment method and any checks required; support can explain the next step for your specific case.
