Understanding Adesic Zero and included transfers

Understand the difference between plan allowances, other fees, and transfer limits.

Plan allowances and transfer limits answer different questions: an allowance describes a plan benefit, while a limit restricts the amount or activity permitted. An available allowance does not guarantee that a transaction is eligible.

Check your plan benefits

Open Usage and Limits in your signed-in account. Review the benefits included in your plan, which assets and transfer methods are eligible, whether the benefit covers deposits or withdrawals, and the period shown. If usage is unavailable or unclear, ask support before relying on your remaining allowance.

What the allowances cover

  • Adesic Zero covers the transaction fee for eligible volume within your allowance. Your standard plan transaction fee applies after that allowance is used.

  • Included transfers cover the bank transfer fee for the eligible methods and transactions shown in your account, within your allowance.

  • Other fees may still apply. Review the full transaction quote and the fee schedule.

Check eligibility separately

A plan benefit does not replace account verification, payment-method availability, or transaction limits. Check the choices and instructions shown for your transaction. See Understanding fees and account limits for more guidance.
