Requesting a higher transaction limit

Find your current limits and prepare a request for a larger transaction.

If a planned transaction exceeds a limit, request a review before sending funds. Approval is not automatic. Your payment method, verification, and account circumstances can affect the limit that applies.

Check the applicable limit

Sign in and open Usage and Limits. Check whether the limit applies to deposits or withdrawals, which payment method it covers, and any period stated. A monthly plan allowance is different from a transfer limit. If the limit shown there differs from a transaction message, ask support to confirm the applicable limit before proceeding.

Prepare your request

  • Provide your account email and whether the request is for an individual or business account.

  • Describe the amount, currency, asset, payment method, and whether you intend to buy, sell, deposit, or withdraw.

  • Explain whether this is a single transaction or expected recurring activity, and when you hope to transact.

What happens next

Submit the request through Contact support. The Terms of Service require enhanced due diligence for larger-limit requests. Additional fees and costs may apply. Ask the team what information is needed and whether any costs apply to your request, then use the secure method provided for documents. A request does not guarantee a higher limit or a completion date. Wait for the outcome before relying on the requested amount.

Still need help?

Contact support with your account email and any relevant transaction reference. Ask for a secure submission method before sharing sensitive documents.

Never share passwords, sign-in codes, seed phrases, or private keys.
