A request for information (RFI) can ask for documents or explanations about an account or transaction. Use the checklist in your specific request rather than a generic document list. See Responding to a request for information (RFI) for the response process and deadline guidance.
Prepare a complete response
Match each requested item to the explanation or document you will provide.
Use clear, complete, readable documents. Do not alter the information they contain.
Check the document type, date range, and file requirements stated in the request. If you need to redact information, ask Compliance what can be removed without making the document incomplete.
If an item is unavailable or does not apply, explain that to Compliance and ask what is needed.
Use the secure submission method
Submit through the method provided in the request. If you are unsure where to upload, contact Compliance using your request reference before sending documents. Avoid attaching identity records, bank statements, or business records to an ordinary chat or email.
Track your submission
Retain the request reference and any submission confirmation. Check for follow-up questions until the reviewer confirms the outcome. Uploading a file does not mean the response is complete or approved, and asking for help does not extend the deadline.
Still need help?
Contact Compliance with your request reference. For a technical problem accessing the request, contact support without attaching sensitive documents.
Never share passwords, sign-in codes, seed phrases, or private keys.
