After you respond to a request for information (RFI), the reviewer may need more information before confirming an outcome. A submitted response does not by itself mean that the review is closed or a transaction is approved.
Check for the next action

Respond to each new item through the secure method provided, following any deadline stated.
Ask about the existing case
Contact Compliance with your account email, request reference, any affected transaction reference, and when you submitted your response. Explain what you need clarified, such as whether an item is still outstanding. Continue the existing case where possible rather than opening duplicate requests.
Wait for a confirmed outcome
Do not treat a general processing estimate as a guaranteed review completion time. Ask the team what you should do while the review is pending before sending additional funds. See Responding to a request for information (RFI) for response and deadline guidance.
